Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

Customer can cancel his order from his account until product not dispatch

Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd.'s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd. for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

If Customer want to return the purchased product then they have to send themself to our address. After successfully received products by Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd. , refund will issue.
