Ltd. and our subsidiaries, associated companies, affiliates, agents, contractors and service providers take privacy very seriously.  This Policy applies to information we collect via various channels (“Channels”) from time to time, including but not limited to such websites (“Sites”) and applications (“Apps”) as may establish and/or maintain, such as www.soulfuloverseas.com their sub-domains, and the mobile app, SS Connect.

This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with India law without giving any effect to principles of conflicts of laws, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the India courts
