Returns is a scheme , under this policy in terms of which the option of refund is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd.'s returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd. for any reason within the specified return period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

If Customer want to return the purchased product then they have to make a unpacked video and upload that video in return option of order & after approve by us they have to send themself to our address. After successfully received products by Soulful Overseas Pvt. Ltd. , customer refund will issue.
